美德和品格优势视域下师范生师德养成教育初探

  • 摘要: 师德养成教育是师范院校落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径,也是培养师范生职业道德素养的核心路径。积极心理学认为,美德和品格优势是获得幸福、健康且有意义人生的关键。师范院校应实施优势教育,帮助师范生认识、探索并运用品格优势;引导师范生由内而外地学习鼓励他人,乐于鼓励并有效鼓励学生,促进师范生师德的养成。
  • Cultivation education of preservice teachers’ professional ethics is an important strategy for normal university to foster their virtue and professional ethics literacy. Positive psychology proposed that virtues and character strengths are vital for well-being, healthy, and meaningful life of humans. Normal universities should carry out character strengths education to help preservice teachers to identify and use their character strengths. Normal universities should also guide preservice teachers to learn how to encourage others effectively, and enjoy doing it, promoting the development of preservice teachers’ professional ethics.
