Management education is an essential component of the educational project in vocational colleges. It is an inevitable requirement for vocational colleges to continuously improve the quality of ideological and political education for college students and to promote the high-quality development of the school. At present, the construction of the management education system in vocational colleges has achieved preliminary results, but there are still problems such as unclear educational guidance, imperfect system construction, and the non-prominent status of students as the main body. In the context of vigorously promoting the “three-dimensional education” reform, vocational colleges must adhere to “strengthening top-level design, enhancing system construction, expanding educational platforms, and focusing on student needs” with “four-dimensional efforts” to further optimize the management education system, innovate and improve the management education mechanism, and enhance the effectiveness of management education.
