  • 摘要: 管理育人是高职院校育人工程的重要组成部分,是高职院校持续提升大学生思想政治教育质量、促进学校高质量发展的必然要求。当前,高职院校管理育人的体制机制建设已取得初步成效,但仍存在育人导向不清晰、制度建设不完善、学生主体地位不突出等问题。在大力推进“三全育人”改革背景下,高职院校必须坚持“强化顶层设计,加强制度建设,拓展育人平台,聚焦学生需求”“四维发力”,进一步优化管理育人体系,创新并完善管理育人机制,提升管理育人实效。
  • Management education is an essential component of the educational project in vocational colleges. It is an inevitable requirement for vocational colleges to continuously improve the quality of ideological and political education for college students and to promote the high-quality development of the school. At present, the construction of the management education system in vocational colleges has achieved preliminary results, but there are still problems such as unclear educational guidance, imperfect system construction, and the non-prominent status of students as the main body. In the context of vigorously promoting the “three-dimensional education” reform, vocational colleges must adhere to “strengthening top-level design, enhancing system construction, expanding educational platforms, and focusing on student needs” with “four-dimensional efforts” to further optimize the management education system, innovate and improve the management education mechanism, and enhance the effectiveness of management education.
