民航院校工程训练质量管理体系构建与实施 ——以中国民航大学为例

• 摘要： 航空维修工程训练是培养高素质工程技术人才实践能力的重要手段，建立工程训练质量管理体系对保证工程训练质量至关重要。本文研究了国际民航组织和中国民航局相关文件，明确了行业规范对质量管理体系的要求。在此基础上，从组织机构、管理制度、评价反馈三个方面，构建了融合行业规范的民航院校工程训练质量管理体系，并取得了良好的工程训练质量管理成效。
• Aviation maintenance engineering training is an important means of cultivating the practical abilities of high-quality engineering and technical personnel. Establishing a quality management system for engineering training is crucial to ensuring the engineering training quality. Relevant documents from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) were studied, and the requirements of industry standards for quality management systems were clarified. On this basis, a civil aviation engineering training quality management system that integrates industry standards has been constructed from three aspects: organizational structure, management system, and evaluation feedback, it achieved good results in engineering training quality management.
