大学生班级学业规划教育现状调查——以武汉生物工程学院23级视觉传达5班为例

  • 摘要: 大学生学业规划,是大学生在对自身的特点和社会需求的正确判断和认识的基础上,根据自身职业发展目标,确定学业发展方向和制定学业发展计划的过程,包括对职业生涯目标的厘清和学业生涯的规划。学业规划教育,是指教师通过有目的、有计划、有组织的学业规划教育活动,辅导学生学业规划,促进学生学业规划能力发展的教育活动。本研究以武汉生物工程学院艺术学院2023级视觉传达设计5班为研究对象,对班级学生、辅导员、班主任、任课教师、学校教育管理人员和学生家长进行访谈或问卷调查,探索大学生班级学业规划教育的资源和可能的实施路径,以期为进一步推进学风建设,促进学生就业和提升育人质量提供有价值的参考。
  • College students’ academic planning is based on their correct judgment and understanding of their own characteristics and social needs, and according to their career development goals, the process of determining academic development direction and developing academic development plans, including clarifying career goals and planning academic careers. Academic planning education refers to teachers through purposeful, planned, and organized academic planning educational activities, tutoring students in academic planning and promoting the development of their academic planning abilities. This research focuses on Class 5 of Visual Communication Design at Wuhan University of Bioengineering in 2023, and examines the students, counselors, teachers, parents, and school administrators ,uses interviews or questionnaire surveys to explore resources and possible implementation paths for academic planning education in college student classes, in order to further promote learning behaviors and provides valuable reference for promoting student employment and improving the quality of education.
