大班幼儿进餐行为实施现状的调查研究

• Abstract: 进餐行为主要包括进餐卫生、进餐习惯、进餐礼仪等方面。为了尽可能全面地了解大班幼儿进餐行为状况，本文采用了问卷法、访谈法和观察法对幼儿园119名大班幼儿进餐行为现状进行调查。通过调查发现，大班幼儿进餐行为存在一些问题，如少数幼儿进餐注意力不集中、多数幼儿存在挑食、偏食现象，幼儿在园、在家进餐行为不一致等。根据上述存在问题，笔者提出了改进大班幼儿进餐行为的具体措施，如具有正确的家庭教养观念、使幼儿树立对食物的正确认识、家园合作共创良好进餐行为。
• Dining behavior mainly includes eating hygiene, eating habits, eating etiquette and so on. In order to understand the dining behavior of large-class children as comprehensively as possible, this paper investigates the dining behavior of 119 large-class children in kindergartens by questionnaire, interview and observation. Through investigation, it is found that there are some problems in children’s dining behavior in large classes, such as a few children’s inattention, most children’s picky eaters and partial eclipse, and children’s dining behavior in the garden and at home is inconsistent. According to the above-mentioned problems, the author puts forward specific measures to improve the dining behavior of children in large classes, such as having a correct concept of family education, making children establish a correct understanding of food, and cooperating with their families to create good dining behavior.
