  • 摘要: 当今化工与制药企业急需大量的应用型工程技术人才。针对湖南城市学院化学工程与工艺专业实践教学过程中存在的现实问题,该专业构建并实施了“一二三”的深度实践教学培养模式。主要内容以OBE教学为一核心理念,以校内校外实践产教融合为双翼,学校、企业、政府三者协同发展,开展实验实践教学,培养“为人诚实,基础扎实,工作踏实”的创新人才。实践结果表明,该实践教学体系在新时代地方院校应用型工科人才的实践能力培养上取得显著的成效,可供地方高校借鉴。
  • Chemical and pharmaceutical companies urgently need a large number of practical technicians. In view of some problems in the practice teaching of Chemical Engineering and Technology Specialty in our university, the major has constructed and implemented a “one two three” deep practical teaching and training model. The main content focuses on OBE teaching as the core concept, with the integration of on campus and off campus practical teaching as the dual wings. The school, enterprise, and government work together to develop experimental and practical teaching, cultivating innovative talents who are honest, have a solid foundation, and work diligently. The teaching results show that the implementation of this practice teaching system has achieved good teaching effect in improving the engineering and practice ability of Chemical engineering and technology students, which can be used as a reference for local colleges and universities.
