• 摘要： 凉山民族地区中等职业教育正蓬勃发展，职业技能大赛在职业教育人才培养中发挥着重要的作用。它不仅是提升学生职业技能的关键平台，更是促进职业教育全面发展的强大动力。本研究全面阐述了凉山民族地区中等职业学校技能大赛的重要意义，从组织、参与、效果等多个维度深入分析了凉山民族地区中等职业学校技能大赛存在的问题，并精心提出了学校技能大赛的优化路径，旨在为提升职业教育质量提供具有建设性和可行性的参考依据，为学生创造更好的学习和发展环境，为地区的经济社会发展培养更多高素质的技能型人才。
• Secondary vocational education in Liangshan ethnic areas is flourishing, and vocational skills competitions play an important role in cultivating vocational education talents. It is not only a key platform for improving students’ vocational skills, but also a powerful driving force for promoting the comprehensive development of vocational education. This study comprehensively elaborates on the significance of the skills competition in secondary vocational schools in Liangshan ethnic areas, and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the competition from multiple dimensions such as organization, participation, and effectiveness. It carefully proposes the optimization path of the school skills competition, aiming to provide constructive and feasible reference for improving the quality of vocational education, creating a better learning and development environment for students, and cultivating more high-quality skilled talents for the economic and social development of the region.
