新时代高校“保障型”资助到“发展型”资助育人工作探究

• 摘要： 随着我国国力的发展和社会的进步，我国脱贫攻坚战取得了全面胜利。“不让一个学生因家庭经济困难而失学”是我国政府做出的庄严承诺。传统的“保障型”资助已不能满足学生的个人发展需求，也无法满足国家人才强国战略和培养大国工匠的需求。教育部等八部门《关于加快构建高校思想政治工作体系的意见》中明确提出建设发展型资助，构建“发展型”资助育人机制。新时代要求我们在原有的“保障型”资助基础上建设“发展型”资助，由“大水漫灌”转为及时的“精准滴灌”，以利于学生的全方位发展，为国家培养更多有理想信念、品德修养、扎实学识和敢于担当的社会主义建设者和接班人。
• With the development of China’s national strength and social progress, China has achieved a comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty. “Not allowing any student to drop out of school due to family financial difficulties” is a solemn commitment made by the Chinese government. The traditional “Safeguard Type” support system can no longer meet the personal needs of students’ development, nor can it cater the national strategy of strengthening the nation through talents and meet the needs of cultivating master craftsmen. “The Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of the Ideological and Political Work System in Colleges and Universities” issued by eight departments including the Ministry of Education clearly proposes the construction of Developing Type support system and the establishment of a “Developing Type” educating mechanism. The new era requires us to build “Developing Type” support system based on the original “Safeguard Type” system and transform from “extensive irrigation” to timely “precise drip irrigation” so as to facilitate the all-round development of students and cultivate more builders and successors of socialism with strong ideals and beliefs, moral cultivation, solid knowledge, and the courage of taking responsibility for the country.
