  • 摘要: 高速发展的社会为学校的人才培养带来新的机遇和挑战。深入研判职普融通赋能学生全面发展的价值、挑战和路径,是新时代教育发展的应有自觉。具体来看,职普融通赋能学生全面发展的价值体现在促进职普融通价值具身化、发展贯通化、形式多样化三个层面。而职普融通过程中家长认同缺失、学校融通的表象化、社会机制的匮乏使得职普融通遭遇现实的挑战。为此,推进职普融通赋能学生全面发展的进程在于重塑观念,为职普融通发展提供制度保障,加强师资队伍建设,以职普融通培养新时代学生。
  • The rapid development of society brings new opportunities and challenges to the training of talents in schools. It is the consciousness of education development in the new era to study and judge the value, challenge and path of vocational-general integration to enable students to develop comprehensively. Specifically, the value of enabling students to develop in an all-round way is embodied in three aspects: the embodiment of the value of career integration, the integration of development and the diversification of forms. However, the lack of parents’ recognition, the appearance of school integration and the lack of social mechanism in the process of job integration make job integration encounter realistic challenges. To this end, the process of promoting the comprehensive development of students with vocationalgeneral integration lies in reshaping the concept, providing institutional guarantee for the development of vocational-general integration, strengthening the construction of teachers, and training students in the new era with vocational-general integration.
