  • 摘要: 本文基于塞利格曼的积极心理学理论,探讨了积极品质在网络互动中对青少年个体以及社会两方面的重要性。文章进一步详细分析了青少年在网络互动中展现的积极品质的优势与不足,主要优势包括幽默、独创性、公民权、公平、爱与爱学习六个方面,不足则体现在审慎与自控两个方面。通过网络互动了解青少年的积极品质,可以有针对性地引导其培养相对缺乏的品质内容,关注青少年的发展与成长,完善自我,同时为国家和社会做出贡献。
  • Based on the theory of Seligman’s positive psychology, it is understood that positive qualities are great importance to both individual and social aspects of adolescents in Internet interaction. This paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of adolescents’ positive qualities in Internet interaction. Its main advantages are humor, originality, citizenship, fairness, love and love learning, and its shortcomings are prudence and self-control. It should understand the positive qualities of young people, provide targeted guidance for them to cultivate the relatively lacking positive qualities, pay attention to the development and growth of young people, and make contributions to the country and society while improving ourselves through Internet interaction.
