凉山彝族地区农村教师育人困境及优化路径研究

• 摘要： 随着我国社会经济的不断发展，在城市与农村经济发展差距逐渐加大的情况下，四川凉山彝族地区的情况更为严峻，思想观念的差异导致教育发展不均衡，农村教育远远落后于城市，特别是少数民族农村地区的教育存在诸多问题。本研究以凉山彝族自治州为例，对大凉山彝族农村教育存在的问题进行分析，进而提出解决大凉山彝族农村教育发展的策略，为农村教育的发展提供参考。
• With the continuous development of China’s social and economic development, the gap between urban and rural development has gradually increased in Sichuan Liangshan Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, and the situation is even more serious. The difference in ideological concepts leads to uneven education development, with rural education far behind urban education, especially in the education of ethnic minority rural areas. This study takes Liangshan Lisu Autonomous Prefecture as an example to analyze the problems existing in rural education in the Daliangshan area of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, and then proposes strategies for the development of rural education in the Daliangshan area of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, providing reference for the development of rural education.
