Nurturing the Ethical Integrity and Self-Regulation of Young Cadres Through the Traditional Chinese Culture of Clean Governance —Fortifying the Ideological Bulwark Against Corruption
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee’s resolution underscores the necessity to “maintain the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee in order to further deepen comprehensive reforms, intensify the reform of the Party’s construction system, and promote the construction of Party integrity and the anti-corruption struggle”. Young cadres, as the vanguard of the Party and national development, are the inheritors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Their integrity is pivotal to the century-long strategy for the continuous advancement of the Party and national affairs. The tradition of self-discipline and integrity, deeply rooted in Chinese culture, embodies political ethics such as equity, justice, and uprightness. This research delves into the cultivation of the spirit of self-restraint and incorruptibility through the exemplary traditional Chinese culture, advocating for the “three no’s corruption” framework to further solidify the decisive triumph in the anti-corruption campaign.
