新文科背景下教师教育者的角色困境与重塑

  • 摘要: 新文科背景下教师教育者被赋予了新的时代内涵,具体表征为理论与实践的融合者、“互联网+教育”的推行者、学科融合的跨界者和准教师的行为示范者。然而,当前教师教育者面临着重教书轻育人、重理论轻实践,成为新一代信息技术的淘汰者以及学科分立的执行者的角色困境。基于此,可以通过建立健全教师教育者角色重塑制度,构建教师教育者角色重塑协同机制,以及提升教师教育者的角色重塑能力,实现新文科背景下教师教育者的角色重塑。
  • Teacher educators have been endowed with new connotations of the times, which are embodied in the integration of theory and practice, the promoter of “Internet+Education”, the crossover of subject integration and the behavior demonstrator of prospective teachers under the background of new liberal arts. However, at present, teacher educators are faced with the role dilemma of focusing on teaching and neglecting education, emphasizing theory and neglecting practice, and becoming the eliminator of the new generation of information technology and the executor of discipline separation. Based on this, we can remold the role of teachers and educators under the background of new liberal arts by establishing and perfecting the system of remolding the role of teachers and educators, constructing the cooperative mechanism of remolding the role of teachers and educators, and improving the ability of remolding the role of teachers and educators.
