Since 1980s, the study of teaching ethics in China has gone through the research paradigm from the single normative teaching ethics and moral teaching ethics to the integration of the two. The focus of research is from the teaching ethics to the learning ethics, and the ethical relationship has shifted from ethics between people to ethics between people and things. However, with the increasing complexity of the social environment and the deepening of the study of teaching ethics, the study of teaching ethics should be extended and deepened horizontally along the existing research lines, and should also meet the new needs of teaching in the new scientific and technological revolution, that is, to strengthen the research on the integration of multiple teaching principles, and should pay more attention to the teaching ethics of the background of digital era.
