  • 摘要: 教师职业道德是一种道德范畴,其与技术更迭引发的教育变革紧密相关。人工智能在教育领域广泛应用赋予了教师职业道德发展新的动力与挑战。教师职业道德的发展趋势包括:突出“育人”为核心的教师道德义务、强调“知、情、意”多重意蕴的教师良心、实现“工具理性”与“价值理性”融合的教育公正。因此,在完善教师职业道德时,要寻找既符合时代发展趋势,又切实高效的方式。通过培育发展型教师、保护和尊重学生以及塑造良好的教师形象等路径,教师在人工智能时代可以更好地达到爱岗敬业、维持良好师生关系和为人师表等重要职业道德要求。
  • Teacher ethics is an ethical category that is closely related to the changes in education triggered by technological development. The widespread use of artificial intelligence in education has brought new impetus and challenges to the development of teacher ethics. The development trend of teachers’ professional ethics includes: the moral obligation of teachers that emphasizes “educating people” as the core, the conscience of teachers that emphasizes the multiple meanings of “knowledge, emotion and will”, the realization of educational justice by the integration of “instrumental rationality” and “value rationality”. Therefore, to improve teachers’ level of professional ethics, it is necessary to find practical and efficient ways that are in line with the development trend of the times. By fostering developmental teachers, protecting and respecting students, and shaping a good image of teachers, teachers can better follow important aspects of professional ethics in the age of artificial intelligence: love and dedication, maintaining good teacher-student relationships, and being a role model.
