工科高校“管理学原理”教学体系设计与优化研究

  • 摘要: “管理学原理”是经济管理类相关专业的一门基础课程,但在众多工科类院校,“管理学原理”同样是工程管理、项目管理、物流工程等交叉专业的基础主干课程。管理学的教学具有一定的理论性与实践性,因此,在教学过程中,如何针对相关专业培养学生对该课程的兴趣,调动学生的主观能动性,促使学生积极主动地参与课程的学习,对管理学的教学尤为重要。本文针对工科大学管理学的教学特征,创新性地设计了管理学的教学内容、教学体系、内容优化以及实际案例,并提出相关对策,旨在为我国相关工科类高校的管理学教学提供一定的参考。
  • Management is a basic course for economic and management related majors, but in many engineering universities, management is also a basic and backbone course for cross majors such as engineering management, project management and logistics engineering. The teaching of management has a certain theoretical and practical nature. Therefore, in the teaching process, how to cultivate students’ interest in the course according to relevant majors, mobilize students’ supervisor initiative, and enable students to actively participate in the learning of the course is particularly important for the teaching of management. According to the teaching characteristics of management in engineering universities, this paper creatively designs the teaching content, teaching system, content optimization and practical cases of management, and puts forward relevant countermeasures, so as to provide some reference for the management teaching in relevant engineering universities in China.
