• 摘要： 五育并举全面发展和工程教育理念对新时代的大学生提出了新的要求与挑战。劳动教育是五育并举的重要组成部分，大学生核心劳动素养的培育是高校劳动教育工作的重中之重。民航院校大学生的核心劳动素养框架包括树立科学的劳动观，严格遵守行业准则，具有过硬的专业知识与技能，养成自觉劳动、安全劳动、诚实劳动的劳动习惯，具有尊重劳动、热爱劳动的劳动情感，以及奉献精神、工匠精神、当代民航精神等劳动精神。民航院校应紧紧围绕“五维一体”核心劳动素养，致力于构建“产教研学用”融合人才培养模式，基于产出导向理念重构专业人才培养方案，整体设计劳动教育课程体系，形塑民航院校大学生的核心劳动素养，促进学生全面发展，培养民航卓越工程师。
• The comprehensive development of “Five Educations” and the concept of engineering educationhave posed new requirements and challenges for college students in the new era. Labor education is an important component of the “Five Educations”, and the cultivation of college students’ core laborliteracy is of paramount importance in the work of labor education in higher education institutions. Theframework of core labor literacy for college students in civil aviation institutions includes establishinga scientific view of labor, strictly adhering to industry standards, possessing excellent professionalknowledge and skills, developing habits of conscious, safe, and honest labor, having labor emotionsof respecting and loving labor, as well as the spirit of dedication, craftsmanship, and the spirit ofcontemporary civil aviation. Civil aviation institutions should closely focus on the “Five-DimensionalIntegration” of core labor literacy, commit to building an integrated talent cultivation model of “Industry-Education-Research-Learning-Application”, reconstruct professional talent training programs based onthe concept of outcome-oriented education, design the labor education curriculum system as a whole, shape the core labor literacy of college students in civil aviation institutions, promote the comprehensivedevelopment of students, and cultivate outstanding engineers in civil aviation.
