As an interdisciplinary field of law and economics, law and economics have made significant progress since their introduction to China at the end of the last century, especially in the new millennium. Economic research institutes and universities in various regions of China have established regional law and economics research institutions and majors, and established a relatively complete teaching system for law and economics. Under the promotion of localization issues and teaching empirical evidence, the construction and arrangement of teaching courses in law and economics are constantly improving. However, there are still problems such as neglecting economic principles in curriculum design, incomplete economic practice courses, lack of communication platforms and national competitions in the post class stage, and lack of professional internship tasks. In response to these issues, we should accelerate the localization development of the construction of legal and economic teaching courses, supplement economic theory and case courses, and enhance the comprehensiveness of the teaching system; Establish a basic competition system and improve communication and support platforms; Add on-demand integrated professional social practice tasks, establish a personalized social practice system, in order to further improve the teaching and research system of law and economics, and promote its localization development.
