Young talents are a key factor in promoting the sustainable development of enterprises. Cultivating young talents is an important task and mission for the development of state-owned enterprises. In recent years, state-owned enterprises have actively responded to the national talent policy call and vigorously recruited excellent young employees. However, there are still issues in the cultivation of young talents, such as incomplete training system, single training methods, and lagging training paces.
