双因素理论视角下的教师轮岗政策分析

  • 摘要: 本文从双因素理论的角度出发,分析了我国目前教师轮岗政策的实施现状,指出了存在的制度不完善、资源配置差异显著等保健因素不足的问题,以及教师教育事业价值感降低、教师职业成就感降低等激励因素动力不足的问题。结合国外中小学教师轮岗交流的经验,基于双因素理论的视角,对国内教师轮岗政策提出了改进建议,旨在进一步优化我国教师流动政策的效能。
  • From the perspective of two-factor theory to analyse the implementation status of the current teacher rotation system policy in China, in which there is a system imperfection, the difference in the allocation of resources is obvious, such as insufficient health care factors; the sense of value of the teacher’s educational career is reduced, the sense of achievement of the teacher’s profession is lowered the incentives motivated by the weak power of the problem. The experience of foreign primary and secondary school teachers’ rotation and exchange and the perspective based on two-factor theory to make suggestions on the domestic teacher rotation policy respectively to further optimise the effectiveness of the domestic teacher mobility policy.
