• 摘要： 军队院校是我军人才培养的主渠道，其根本属性是姓军为战，必须要树立起为战育人的根本导向。政治理论课是军队落实立德树人的关键课程，需要把握为战育人的关键着力点，肩负起为战育人的神圣使命。本研究从忠诚信仰、激情干劲和血性胆气三维视角挖掘思想政治理论课教为战、教为胜的价值属性，以探讨提升其向战为战教学质效的着力点。本研究提出坚持根本遵循、深化理论武装和强化责任担当，确保忠诚可靠的人能打仗、打胜仗；分析对接战位、随战发展和训战一致紧迫意识的方法路径锻造学员的打仗本领和打仗意识；阐述顽强斗志、献身品格和亮剑精神的关键重点，淬炼学员的战斗精神和战斗意志。
• Military academies are the main channel for talent cultivation in our military, and their fundamental attribute is to prioritize military operations. The fundamental orientation of educating people for war is necessary to establish. The course of ideological and political theory is a key course for the military to implement moral education and cultivate talents. It is very necessary to grasp the key focus points of educating military academy students for war and identify the key points for the purpose of educating for victory in war. In order to explore the key points for improving the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses, the current study explored the value attributes from the following three-dimensional perspective, such as loyalty, passion, and courage. Firstly, this study proposed to adhere to fundamental adherence, deepen theoretical armament, and strengthen accountability to insure that the gun is in the hands of loyal and reliable individuals. Secondly, the current study analyzed the method and path of aligning with combat positions, accompanying development, and training to forge fighting skills and awareness for military academy students. Last but not least, this study elaborated how to improve tenacious fighting spirit, dedication character, and sword spirit to refine the fighting spirit and willpower of trainees.
