Based on the current situation and existing problems of college students’ life education in my country, the article expounds the necessity and feasibility of integrating the concept of positive psychology into college students’ life awareness education, and proposes that college students’ life awareness education from the perspective of positive psychology should focus on helping students view life correctly, mastering survival skills, building a positive thinking mode, connecting individual positive life experience, building a life education system project, and creating an all-round life education space and other follow-up directions.
