• 摘要： 本文基于我国大学生生命教育现状及现存问题，阐述了将积极心理学理念融入大学生生命意识教育的必要性和可行性，并提出立足积极心理学理念创新大学生生命意识教育要着力帮助学生正确看待生命，掌握生存技能，构建积极思维模式，联结个体积极生命体验，构建生命教育系统工程，打造全方位生命教育空间等推进方向。
• Based on the current situation and existing problems of college students’ life education in my country, the article expounds the necessity and feasibility of integrating the concept of positive psychology into college students’ life awareness education, and proposes that college students’ life awareness education from the perspective of positive psychology should focus on helping students view life correctly, mastering survival skills, building a positive thinking mode, connecting individual positive life experience, building a life education system project, and creating an all-round life education space and other follow-up directions.
