Taking School of International Education of Nanjing University of the Arts as an example, this paper expounds the guiding significance of high cultural confidence to the development of international education from various aspects such as enrollment, teaching, management, system construction, and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. In the education and teaching management of international students, it is necessary to put the construction of school characteristics, more confident, calm, compatible and inclusive system mechanisms, and spiritual content in a more prominent position, with the purpose of serving the national diplomatic strategy and integrating into the “Belt and Road” initiative, and constantly promote the cause of international education.
