Since the phenomenon of cultural aphasia became the topic in field of educational research this century, it has drawn more and more attention but has not been solved yet. After reviewing the current situation of native language education with “China English” as the core concept through systematic analysis, this paper finds and proposes that: Under the background that foreign language education has been promoted to the strategic level of national language and culture, clarifying the connotation of “English variant” and “China English”, objectively viewing the relationship between “cultural aphasia” and “patriotism”, and incorporating China English into ideological and political dimension of foreign language education are important ways to cultivate bilingual talents’ sense of patriotism, enhance cultural identity, get rid of cultural aphasia, and promote the transmission of Chinese culture.
