文化失语视阈下中国英语的思政之维

• 摘要： 文化失语现象自本世纪进入教育研究视野以来，日趋受到重视却尚未得到解决。本文通过系统梳理分析以“中国英语”为核心概念的本土语言教育现状后发现并提出：在我国外语教育被提升到国家语言文化战略高度的背景下，厘清“英语变体”“中国英语”的内涵，客观看待“文化失语”与“家国情怀”的关系，并将中国英语纳入外语人文思政的范畴，是培养双语人才家国情怀、提升文化身份认同，走出文化失语，加强中国文化传播力的重要路径。
• Since the phenomenon of cultural aphasia became the topic in field of educational research this century, it has drawn more and more attention but has not been solved yet. After reviewing the current situation of native language education with “China English” as the core concept through systematic analysis, this paper finds and proposes that: Under the background that foreign language education has been promoted to the strategic level of national language and culture, clarifying the connotation of “English variant” and “China English”, objectively viewing the relationship between “cultural aphasia” and “patriotism”, and incorporating China English into ideological and political dimension of foreign language education are important ways to cultivate bilingual talents’ sense of patriotism, enhance cultural identity, get rid of cultural aphasia, and promote the transmission of Chinese culture.
