Mental health education should not only be a matter of imparting knowledge, many nonknowledge-based aspects require students to acquire them through observation, discovery, experience, reflection, and summarization. By integrating real-life practices and extracurricular activities into the construction of college student mental health education courses, promoting the blended approach of in-class and out-of-class activities in the “College Student Mental Health Education Course” teaching practice reform, the aim is to enhance the physical and mental health development of college students and improve the effectiveness of psychological education.
