• Abstract: 软实力已被公认为国家实力的重要组成部分，大学软实力在微观层面对自身发展，宏观层面对国家战略需要均具有重要意义。大学软实力和大学文化软实力系同一概念，由物质文化、制度体系和价值观体系构成，大学软实力的提升应当依照其核心构成，系统推进，促进硬实力和软实力的协调发展，对内提升凝聚力、对外扩大吸引力，更好地推动科教兴国战略目标的实现。
• Soft power has been recognized as an important component of national strength, and the soft power of universities is of great significance both at the micro level for their own development and at the macro level for national strategic needs. The soft power of universities and the cultural soft power of universities are the same concept, consisting of material culture, institutional systems, and value systems. The enhancement of university’s soft power should be based on its core components and systematically promoted, promoting the coordinated development of hard power and soft power. Internally, it enhances cohesion; externally, it expands attractiveness, and better promotes the realization of the strategic goals of promoting the development of science and education in the country.
