• Abstract: 高校辅导员是劳动教育师资队伍的重要构成。应用型本科高校辅导员劳动教育素养的提升能促进立德树人根本任务的落实，促进大学生全面发展的实现，推进辅导员队伍专业化建设。提升辅导员劳动教育素养需要应用型本科高校建立培训制度、健全考评机制，需要辅导员深化劳动教育理念、丰富劳动教育知识、增强劳动教育能力。
• College counselors are an important component of the labour education faculty. The enhancement of labour education literacy of college counselors in application-oriented universities can promote the implementation of the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people, promote the realization of the comprehensive development of college students, and advance the professionalization of the college counselors team. Enhancing the labour education literacy of college counselors requires application-oriented universities to establish a training system and a sound assessment mechanism, and requires college counselors to deepen the concept of labour education, enrich the knowledge of labour education, and enhance the ability of labour education.
