  • Abstract: 高校教学督导的核心职责是对教学工作进行监督、检查、评估和指导。笔者自2017年担任学校教学督导工作以来,通过听课、查课等方式发现青年教师在课堂教学的教学内容、教学方法、课堂管理等方面存在一些问题。通过分析产生这些问题的原因,试提出解决问题的方法,旨在帮助高校青年教师提高课堂教学质量。
  • The core duty of teaching supervision in colleges and universities is to supervise, inspect, evaluate and guide teaching work. Since 2016, the author has found some problems in the teaching contents, teaching methods and classroom management of young teachers by means of listening and checking lessons. By analyzing the causes of these problems, this paper tries to put forward some methods to solve the problems so as to help young teachers improve the quality of classroom teaching.
