From the Perspective of Teaching Supervision, this Paper Discusses the Main Problems Existing in the Classroom Teaching of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities
The core duty of teaching supervision in colleges and universities is to supervise, inspect, evaluate and guide teaching work. Since 2016, the author has found some problems in the teaching contents, teaching methods and classroom management of young teachers by means of listening and checking lessons. By analyzing the causes of these problems, this paper tries to put forward some methods to solve the problems so as to help young teachers improve the quality of classroom teaching.
