中外合作办学模式下辅导员工作和学生管理工作的探讨

• 摘要： 随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入和发展，中外合作办学已成为我国高等教育中重要的组成部分，具有其自身优势和突出特点。强强联合的师资力量、教学质量、学习资源及高昂的学费，让学生和家长对中外合作办学院校各方面的工作和服务都抱有较高的期待。辅导员是学生思想政治工作一线的组织者和承担者，中外合作办学院校对辅导员思想政治工作提出了更高的要求，需要辅导员除了具备高校辅导员基本能力外，肩负着引领接受国际化管理和教育的学生厚植爱国情怀，辅导员自身还需要具备国际化视野，跨文化交际能力、培养国际化人才的能力。
• Sino-foreign cooperative education has already become the important component in higher education with the deepening of the reform of higher education in China. It has its own advantages and outstanding characteristics. The combination of teaching resources, education quality, learning resources and high tuition fees raise students and parents expectations for the work and services in all aspects in Sino-foreign cooperative education colleges. Sino-foreign cooperative education colleges have put forward higher requirements for students counselors who are the front-line organizer and performer in students’ ideological and daily work. Counselors are not only required to equip basic ability for daily work, but also shouldered the responsibility for ideological leading of the students who are under the international management and education. Counselors need to have broad international perspective, cross-cultural communication ability and capacity of cultivating international education students.
