  • Abstract: 从积极心理学视角,以“大学生心理健康教育”课程内容为基础,以“心理育人、知行合一”为立足点,结合高职学生职业岗位需要重构教学内容,采用“混合式+体验式”教学模式,突出任务驱动和“从做中学”,为优化学生的心理能力和素质,培养高职学生积极心理品质提供一些启发。
  • From the Perspective of Positive Psychology,based on the content of the course “Mental health education for college students” and “Psychological education, the unity of knowledge and practice”, adopting Mixed teaching mode and Experience teaching mode to reconstruct the teaching content according to the vocational post of higher vocational students, highlight task-driven and “Learning by doing”, provide some inspirations for optimizing students' psychological ability and quality and cultivating the positive psychological quality of higher vocational students.
