The construction of rural early childhood teachers with a stable number, reasonable structure, love for children and good business is conducive to the development of rural preschool education, which in turn promotes the revitalization of rural talents, culture and industry. At present, there are still problems in the construction of rural early childhood teachers, such as unstable number of teachers, unbalanced structure of teachers, low degree of teacher specialization and imperfect teacher training system. In order to strengthen the construction of rural kindergarten teachers and improve the level of education and teaching in rural kindergartens, it is necessary to guarantee the remuneration of teachers, optimize the deployment of teachers, strengthen teachers’ self-study and improve the teacher training system.
