  • 摘要: 建设一支稳定、结构合理、热爱儿童、业务精良的农村幼儿教师队伍有利于促进农村学前教育的发展,进而促进乡村人才振兴、文化振兴及产业振兴。目前农村幼儿师资队伍建设中还存在着教师流动性大、教师队伍结构不均衡、教师专业化程度偏低以及教师培训系统不完善等困境。为加强农村幼儿师资队伍建设,提高农村幼儿园教育教学水平,应保障教师待遇、优化师资配备、加强教师自我学习、完善教师培训制度。
  • The construction of rural early childhood teachers with a stable number, reasonable structure, love for children and good business is conducive to the development of rural preschool education, which in turn promotes the revitalization of rural talents, culture and industry. At present, there are still problems in the construction of rural early childhood teachers, such as unstable number of teachers, unbalanced structure of teachers, low degree of teacher specialization and imperfect teacher training system. In order to strengthen the construction of rural kindergarten teachers and improve the level of education and teaching in rural kindergartens, it is necessary to guarantee the remuneration of teachers, optimize the deployment of teachers, strengthen teachers’ self-study and improve the teacher training system.
