Strengthening the awareness of the Chinese national community is an important issue in current ethnic work, and its research scope has gradually expanded from higher education to primary and secondary education. Primary and secondary schools in ethnic areas are important positions for implementing the education of the Chinese national community awareness. By integrating community consciousness into the curriculum, combining students of all ethnic groups into study groups, organizing students to experience traditional customs of various ethnic groups, and establishing online platforms to promote ethnic cultural exchange, community consciousness is integrated into the campus, enabling students to deeply understand and practice community consciousness. Promote students’ national identity and national identity from three aspects of cognition, emotion and behavior, so as to achieve the unity of students’ knowledge and practice, and further build the awareness of the Chinese national community.
