Quantitative Analysis of Knowledge Graph of Project-Based Learning of College English Studies in China—Take CNKI Periodical Literature from 2012 to 2022 as Example
In recent years, project-based learning has gradually entered the perspective of scholars both domestically and internationally. Domestic universities have continuously promoted teaching reforms in the English subject, conducted in-depth research, and achieved fruitful results. With CNKI database as the data source and Cite Space Information visualization software as the data statistics and analysis tool, this paper analyzes the direction, hot spots and research frontiers of domestic college English project-based learning research through the generated visualization atlas. The results show that the research on project-based learning in Chinese universities can be roughly divided into two stages: rapid growth and stable development; the main research directions include college English, autonomous learning, practice, etc; The research hotspots mainly focus on the design of project-based learning teaching for college English, its application effects, and the ideological and political aspects of the curriculum.
