摘要：聚焦高校体育工作与学生工作，结合辅导员工作实际，分析当前高校以体育人工作现状，明晰辅导员在高校以体育人工作中的定位及实施路径，并对未来工作体系与发展方向进行规划。辅导员应在高校以体育人工作中体现主导作用，并与其他工作主体共同构建高校以体育人工作体系，促进学生德智体美劳全面发展。
Focusing on college sports work and student work, combined with the actual work of counselors, this paper analyzes the current status of college sports personnel work, clarifies the orientation and implementation path of counselors in college sports personnel work, and plans the future work system and development direction. Counselors should play a leading role in the work of sports personnel in colleges and universities, and work together with other subjects to build the work system of sports personnel in colleges and universities to promote the all-round development of students’ morality, intelligence, physical fitness, the United States and labor.
