This article primarily discusses the administrative supervision issues of online education, summarizes the main problems in the administrative supervision of online education, including inadequate effective supervision, lack of social supervision, lack of procedural review, and absence of registration and approval mechanisms. Through the discussion, it is identified that the main factors leading to these problems are: insufficient government supervision, imperfect regulations and rules in schools, and the absence of industry standards in the education sector. Based on the research findings, specific measures are proposed to optimize the administrative supervision system of online education, starting from legislation, supervision, social involvement, and market assistance. It is hoped that these measures and suggestions can help alleviate the current problems faced by online education, and contribute to purifying the development environment of the online education industry and promoting its healthy growth.
