Research on Achievement Evaluation in the Training of Bilingual Normal Students between Chinese and Chinese from the Perspective of Teacher Education Certiἀcation—A Case of Chinese Ethnic Minority Languages and Literature at Xichang University as an Example
In October 2017, the Ministry of Education issued the “Implementation Measures for the Certification of Teacher Education Majors in Ordinary Higher Education Institutions (Provisional)”, officially launching the certification work of teacher education majors, proposing “student-centered, output oriented, and continuous improvement”, in order to promote the construction of a teacher education quality assurance system and improve the quality of teacher education professional talent cultivation. The cultivation of bilingual normal education talents in ethnic areas is closely related to the construction of the teaching staḀ for ethnic education and the improvement of the quality of ethnic basic education. ἀerefore, it is crucial to ensure that the trained bilingual normal education students are qualiᴀed and meet local needs. ἀrough an analysis and investigation of the evaluation of the Chinese Minority Language and Literature major at Xichang University, the paper identiᴀes issues and believes that the training objectives and graduation requirements of the major have been met. However, it is necessary to strengthen the quality monitoring of the teaching process, especially the process supervision and management of the “three studies”, and fully leverage the role of third-party evaluation, student self-evaluation, teacher self-evaluation, and other evaluation methods, Further improve the training quality of normal students majoring in Chinese minority language and literature.
