学前教育专业学生专业认同感现状 调查与对策研究

  • 摘要: 学生的专业认同水平高低影响其专业学习的积极性和未来职业的选择,随着三胎时代的到来及家长对学前教育的重视,社会对学前教育资源的需求不断增加,推动着幼儿园教师专业发展的研究不断深入。本研究通过问卷、访谈法调查分析,了解本校学前教育专业学生专业认同的现状,分析影响我校学前教育学生专业认同感的因素,并提出有针对性的建议对策,以帮助学生坚定职业理想,制定适合自己发展的学习方案,提高学生专业知识和技能的学习热情和动机,逐渐提升我校学前教育专业学生的专业认同感和自豪感。
  • The level of students’ professional identity aḀects their enthusiasm for professional study and their future career choice. With the arrival of triplet era and parents’ attention to preschool education, ἀe social demand for preschool education resources is increasing.Promoting the research of the professional development of kindergarten teachers. This study was investigated and analyzed by questionnaire and interview, Understand the current status of the professional identity of preschool education students in our school. Analyze the factors that aḀect the professional identity of preschool education students in our school. And put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures, To help students strengthen their career ideals. Make learning plans suitable for your own development. Improve students’ enthusiasm and motivation for learning professional knowledge and skills. Gradually improve the professional identity and pride of preschool education students in our school.
