- Abstract: 就业是全社会的一项极为重要的民生工程。然而，近年来高校毕业生却出现“慢就业”现象，成为亟需破解的问题。本文梳理地方本科院校毕业生的“慢就业”现状，分析当前毕业生“慢就业”现象产生的内因与外因。从社会、高校、家庭、学生四方面提出破解“慢就业”行之有效的路径，助推大学生更加充分、更高质量就业。
- The employment is very important people’s livelihood as a social project, However, “slow employment” phenomenon appeared in College graduates has become an urgent need to Solve the problem. this paper reviews the current situation of “slow employment” in local college graduates, and analyzes the internal and external causes of the current “slow employment” phenomenon. From the four aspects of society, universities, families and students to Solve the “slow employment” eḀective Countermeasures, and boosts college students more full and higher quality employment.
