• Abstract: 《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》的实施让传统的“家事”上升为重要的“国事”，如何有效开展家庭教育指导，已成为提升家长家庭教育水平的重要一环。本文通过对调查结果的分析，了解家长对家庭教育指导服务的需求和现状，了解家庭教育指导服务机构开展家庭教育指导服务的现状，梳理家庭教育指导服务体系存在的问题，提出家庭教育指导服务体系建构的策略，以期提升家长科学育儿的能力和水平，进而促进未成年人全面健康成长。
• With Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Promotion of Family Education coming into force,the family matters in traditional concepts have become into important national affairs. How to guide the family education effectively is the key point in improving parents’ ability to educate their children. By analyzing the result of the survey, the paper talks about the need in guidance service for family education from parents and the present situation of that. The paper summarizes the problems in the guidance service for family education and intends to put forward a constructive strategy of a guidance system for family education. Through the construction strategy, this thesis envisages a improvement in parents’ scientific child rearing abilities and ensures that minors can grow up healthily.
