  • 摘要: 高校对学生的思政教育,不仅是学生在思想政治理论课堂的思政学习,更多的是要在各专业课程中融入思政教育,把思想政治教育贯穿人才培养体系,发挥好每门课程的育人作用。文章探索了管理学课程思政的教学,先提出知识目标、能力目标和素质目标三个教学目标,接着从各个知识点中挖掘思政元素,并将这些思政元素融入到教学内容中,以培养学生运用所学管理理论知识发现问题、独立思考、分析问题和解决问题的协调沟通能力和创造性思维及创新能力。
  • The ideological and political education in colleges and universities is not only the ideological and political learning of students in the ideological and political theory class, but also the integration of ideological and political education in various professional courses. In addition, put ideological and political education into the talent training system and give full play to the educational role of each course. The paper explores the teaching of ideological and political education in the management course. It first puts forward three teaching objectives: knowledge objectives, ability objectives and quality objectives, then excavates ideological and political elements from each knowledge point, and integrates these elements into the teaching content, so as to cultivate students’ ability of coordination and communication, creative thinking and innovation in using the knowledge of management theory to find problems, think independently, analyze problems and solve problems.
