疫情背景下小班家园共育现状研究——以宁波SN街道中心幼儿园为例

  • 摘要: 2019年底,新冠肺炎疫情突发,由于既没有以往的相关借鉴经验,也没有充分的思想准备,这使得幼儿教育面临一个大难题。正是在这样的背景下,本文以宁波SN街道中心幼儿园在疫情下的家园合作现状为例进行了相关的探索与研究,主要包括小班家园共育的现状及疫情下家园合作开展存在的线上家长会双方沟通流于形式、幼儿园缺乏针对性沟通、家长缺乏自主参与主题活动意识、趣味运动会策划创新不足,未全面考量疫情背景等问题,并针对相关问题提出了充分利用网络资源,确定以儿童为中心的具体目标、加强家长对疫情背景下家园合作的理解、提高教师自身综合素养的措施,以期为疫情下幼儿教育的家园合作提供相关借鉴。
  • At the end of 2019, the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, due to neither the previous experience of reference, nor adequate ideological preparation, which makes early childhood education faced with a big problem. It is in this context that this paper takes the home cooperation status of SN Street Central Kindergarten in Ningbo under the epidemic as an example to carry out relevant exploration and research. It mainly includes the current situation of small class home co-education, the online parent-teacher meeting communication between the two parties under the epidemic situation, the lack of targeted communication in kindergartens, the lack of awareness of parents to participate in themed activities, the lack of planning and innovation of fun sports meeting, the lack of comprehensive consideration of the epidemic background and other problems. In view of relevant problems, it is proposed to make full use of network resources. Specific targets centering on children are determined, measures are taken to strengthen parents' understanding of home cooperation under the background of the epidemic and to improve teachers' comprehensive literacy, in order to provide relevant reference for home cooperation in early childhood education under the epidemic.
