Student-Oriented Mechanism: an Effective Way to Help Students Find Pleasure in Lifelong Reading —How to Design Long Cycle Assignment of Reading the Whole Book from Happy Reading Bar for Three-six Graders
Student-oriented mechanism is an effective way to create lifelong readers and help students find pleasure in reading. According to my practical experience in reading teaching, I suggest design long cycle assignment of reading a whole book for three-six graders. My assignment design adheres to the “double reduction” policy and “five managements” and meets the demand of pupils’ daily reality and teachers’ reading instruction. It follows the five principles of student-oriented mechanism and motivates students to read the whole book effectively.
