The course “Mental Health Education for College Students” has been opened in major universities in China for a long time, and based on the background of the epidemic, this course has ushered in the difficulties it has encountered in its development. In order to study the problems or deficiencies in the online course under the epidemic, the undergraduate students were surveyed and 388 relevant feedback was obtained. Based on the information in the feedback, the software NVivo11 is used to carry out a qualitative analysis of the problems existing in the course and extract the primary and secondary problems. For the problem, the corresponding analysis is given and the strategy is proposed.
