  • 摘要: 习近平总书记在北大师生座谈会上讲话时,特别指出,培养优秀人才靠教师。作为“立德树人”的一项重大任务,教师必须提高自己的思想政治素质。专业课教师课程思政能力是指在学科知识的基础上,准确地发掘并凸显其所包含的“思政元素”,从而使专业学科的隐性教育职能得以充分发挥,从而达到“知识传递与价值引导”的内在统一。本文基于设计类专业的艺术特色和教学特点,分析设计专业教师开展思政教学的现状,提出强化教师育人意识和能力的路径。
  • As an important task of “establishing morality and cultivating people”, teachers must improve their ideological and political quality. The curriculum ideological and political ability of professional course teachers refers to accurately discovering and highlighting the “ideological and political elements” contained in them on the basis of subject knowledge, so that the implicit educational function of professional disciplines can be fully played, so as to achieve the internal unity of “knowledge transfer and value guidance”. Based on the artistic characteristics and teaching characteristics of design majors, this paper analyzes the current situation of ideological and political teaching carried out by teachers of design majors, and proposes ways to strengthen teachers’ awareness and ability of educating people.
