The training model integrating production, education and research is helpful for universities to fulfill the mission of cultivating talents, scientific research innovation, serving the society and cultural heritage. It could realize the connection between the direction of university teaching and research, talent training mode and social services and industrial bottleneck production and demand. For postgraduate training, the training path based on the school-enterprise cooperation model can solve the limitations of the scientific research training platform based on academic tribes. In order to improve the scientific research and innovation ability of postgraduates majoring in physiology, we are committed to building a three-dimensional school-enterprise cooperation training model integrating theoretical study, practical exploration and problem solving to improve students’ scientific research literacy and innovation ability.
