论新时代民航院校劳动教育课程体系的构建——以中国民航飞行学院为例

• Abstract: 中国民用航空飞行学院（下简称“中飞院”）从“三全育人，五育并举”的理念出发，展开了新时代民航院校劳动教育课程体系的探索与实践，构建了中飞院“三全劳育课程体系”。在今后的工作中，应创新劳动教育模式，丰富劳动课程形式与内容，壮大劳动教育师资队伍，提高教师劳动素养，构建综合多元劳动教育评价体系，努力探索出科学合理、具有中飞院特色的新时代劳动教育课程体系。
• Starting from the concept of “three complete education and five simultaneous education”, Civil Aviation Flight University of China (hereinafter referred to as “CAFUC”) has carried out the exploration and practice of the labor education curriculum system of civil aviation colleges in the new era, and constructed the “three complete labor education curriculum system” of CAFUC. In the future work, we should innovate the labor education mode, enrich the form and content of labor courses, expand the labor education teaching staff, improve teachers’ labor quality, build a comprehensive and diversified labor education evaluation system, and strive to explore a new generation of labor education curriculum system with scientific and reasonable characteristics of CAFUC.
