- Abstract: 延安时期的干部教育工作，在全部教育工作中是处于第一位的，而在职干部教育工作，在全部干部教育中， 又是处于第一位的。在在职干部教育中进行的党史党建教育，极大地推动了马克思主义中国化，同时也极大地提升了中国共产党整个政党的理论水平，其成功的经验，更是给予了我们今天在在职干部中进行党史党建学习与教育极大的历史启示。
