  • 摘要: 随着网络技术的进步和移动通信的迅速发展,微信已成为人们日常交流、学习等活动的重要工具,也成了青少年学生学习、生活的重要组成部分。然而,微信这把“双刃剑”,对学生的身心健康既有积极的作用,也存在消极的影响。学校应积极通过微信平台推送心理健康知识、掌握学生心理动态、开展心理辅导服务、推广朋辈心理互助活动等方式发挥其在心理健康教育工作中的作用,使其更好地发挥潜在的育人功能。
  • With the advancement of network technology and the rapid development of mobile communication, WeChat has become an important tool for people's daily communication, learning and other activities. It has also become an important part of young students learning and life. However, WeChat has both positive cfects and negative effects on students' physical and mental health. The school should actively use the WeChat platform to promote mental health knowledge, master students' psychological dynamics, carry out psychological counseling services, and promote peer psychological support activities to play its role in mental health education, so that it can better play its potential parenting functions.
