  • 摘要: 随着学校心理健康教育工作日益受到重视,班级心理委员已从高校神坛走进中小学校园。然而,在工作实践中,由于工作能力不足、工作氛围不浓、工作被认可度不佳、工作积极性不高等方面的原因,班级心理委员制度在中小学的实施仍面临人员选拔困难、任务执行困难、工作保障困难、社会支持困难等困境。要突破这些困境,可以从整合工作身份、明确工作内容、明晰工作职责等多方面进行努力。
  • With the increasing attention to school mental health education, the class psychology committee has entered the primary and secondary school campus from the altar of college. However, in the practice, due to the lack of work ability, work atmosphere, work recognition is not good, work enthusiasm is not high. The implementation of the class psychological committee system in primary and secondary schools still faces difficulties in personnel selection, task implementation, job security, and social support. To overcome these difficulties, efforts can be made from many aspects such as integrating work identity, clarifying work content, and clarifying work responsibilities.
