大数据与我国高校思想政治教育发展研究

• 摘要： 在高校思想政治教育中，大数据不仅是一种资源，一种技术，一个新学科，还是一种新思维。大数据为高校思想政治教育提供技术上的变革、方法上的变革、思维上的变革以及大学生学习生活方式上的变革。在大数据时代，我国高校思想政治教育打破信息孤岛，实现了大数据共享；让思想在阳光下竞争，实现了大数据开放；强化了对大数据的规范和引导，保障了信息安全。但我国高校思想政治教育大数据存在平台开放性、共享性与交互性使用不足问题，大数据分析过程中存在技术瓶颈和技术风险，数据采集过程中同样存在大数据真实性问题和大数据安全、隐私与伦理道德问题。为解决这些问题，高校可经由“智慧教育”管理系统构建高校思想政治教育大数据平台，在发展高校思想政治教育大数据驱动下的监测、决策与预测作用的同时，推动高校智力资源库建设及实现管理方式的变革。
• Big data is not only a resource,a technology and a new subject, but also a new thinking on ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Big data provides technological changes, methodological changes, thinking changes and lifestyle changes for ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In the era of big data, it broke the islet of information and made the sharing of bigdata possible, while the opening up of big data has also been realized in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, strengthened the standard and guidance to big data and guaranteed information security. However, there are problemslike the big data's lack of platform openness, sharing and interaction, the technical limitation and risks during big data analysis process, the authenticity, safety, privacyand the ethics of big data during the acquisition process. To solve these problems, big data platform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities can be constructed through the management system of "wisdom education", help developing the function of monitoring, decision-making and calculating driven by big data in ideological and political education in colleges and universities while promoting the construction of Intellectual Resources Bank in colleges and universities and realizing the reform of management mode.
